Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal
All products are subject to a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Please note: return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. I’ll review the issue and make it right.
If I made a mistake and sent the wrong item, I will ship the correct one to you — and you may keep the incorrect item.
